Tuna and Potato Salad

1 lb baby potatoes, scrubbed, boiled
1 cup tuna chunks, drained
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup medium onion, thinly sliced
8 pitted black olives
2 medium hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 head Romaine lettuce
ΒΌ cup olive oil
2 tbsps lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp dill weed, chopped
Pepper as needed

  1. Take a small glass bowl and mix in your olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon
    mustard and dill
  2. Add in the tuna, baby potatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, green beans,
    black olives and toss everything nicely
  3. Arrange your lettuce leaves on a beautiful serving dish to make the base
    of your salad
  4. Top them up with your salad mixture and place the egg slices
  5. Drizzle it with the previously prepared Salad Dressing
  6. Serve hot
