Spinach Parmesan Dip

Prep time: 45 mins |Servings: 6 |Cooking Time: 25 mins
Ingredients:
6 bacon slices
5 oz spinach
½ cup sour cream
8 oz soft cream cheese
1 tbsp garlic minced
1½ tbsp chopped parsley
5 oz parmesan
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:

  1. Place a pan over medium heat then add bacon
  2. Saute until crispy then transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel
  3. Heat the leftover bacon grease and add spinach
  4. Stir cook for 2 mins then keep it in a bowl
  5. Whisk cream cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, sour cream and garlic in a
    separate bowl
  6. Add bacon, spinach and lemon juice and mix well
  7. Divide this mixture in the ramekins then bake for 25 mins at 350 degrees
    F
  8. Switch the oven to broil settings and broil for 4 mins
