Crispy Chicken Egg Rolls

4 oz blue cheese
vegetable oil
12 egg roll wrappers
2 cups cooked and finely chopped chicken
½ cup tomato sauce
2 chopped green onions
½ tsp erythritol
2 finely chopped celery stalks

  1. Mix in a bowl the chicken meat with blue cheese, green onions, celery,
    tomato sauce and sweetener and stir well
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. Arrange the egg wrappers on а working surface, divide chicken mix on
    them, roll and seal edges
  4. Put in a pot vegetable oil and heat up to over medium-high heat
  5. Include egg rolls and cook until they are golden, flip and cook on the
    other side as well
  6. Place on а platter and serve them
