Italian Meatballs

1/4 cup almond flour
1 lb ground turkey meat
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp egg
2 tbsp chopped basil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped sundried tomatoes

  1. Get а bowl and mix turkey with egg, almond flour, garlic powder,
    sundried tomatoes, mozzarella and basil and stir properly
  2. In the mixture carve out the shape of 12 meatballs
  3. Heat а pot containing the oil to over medium-high heat
  4. Put the meatballs into the oil and cook them for 2 mins on each side
  5. Set on а platter and serve
