Garlic Parmesan Wings

Ingredients:
½ tsp Italian seasoning
a pinch crushed red pepper flakes
6 lb chicken wings cut in halves
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
Directions:

  1. Place the chicken wings on а lined baking sheet
  2. Preheat your oven to 425F and introduce the chicken wings and bake for
    17 mins
  3. On the other hand; mix ghee with cheese, egg, salt, pepper, pepper
    flakes, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in your blender and blend
    until it is smooth
  4. Remove the chicken wings from the oven, flip them, turn oven to broil
    and broil them for about 5 mins more
  5. Remove the chicken pieces out of the oven again and pour the sauce
    over them, toss to coat thoroughly and cook for 1 min more
  6. Serve them as а quick appetizer.
