Shallot and Tuna

Ingredients:
4 tuna fillets, boneless and skinless
1 tbsp olive oil
2 shallots, chopped
2 tbsps lime juice
Pinch of pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ cup low sodium chicken stock
Directions:

  1. Take a pan and place it over medium heat, add shallots and Sauté for 3
    mins
  2. Add fish, cook for 4 mins
  3. Add remaining Ingredients:, cook for 3 mins
