Lemon And Garlic Scallops

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 1 and ¼ lbs dried scallops
  3. 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
  4. ¼ tsp sunflower seeds
  5. 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
  6. 1 scallion, chopped
  7. 1 pinch of ground sage
  8. 1 lemon juice
  9. 2 tbsps parsley, chopped
    Directions:
  10. Take a non-stick skillet and place it over medium-high heat
  11. Add oil and allow the oil to heat up
  12. Take a medium sized bowl and add scallops alongside sunflower seeds
    and flour
  13. Place the scallops in the skillet and add scallions, garlic, and sage
  14. Saute for 3-4 mins until they show an opaque texture
  15. Stir in lemon juice and parsley
  16. Remove heat and serve hot!
