Cajun Snow Crab

Prep Time: 10 mins |Servings: 4 | Cooking : 10 mins
1 lemon ,fresh and quartered
3 tbsps Cajun seasoning
2 bay leaves
4 snow crab legs, precooked and defrosted
Golden ghee

  1. Take a large pot and fill it about halfway with sunflower seedsed
  2. Bring the water to a boil
  3. Squeeze lemon juice into pot and toss in remaining lemon quarters
  4. Add bay leaves and Cajun seasoning
  5. Season for 1 minute
  6. Add crab legs and boil for 8 mins (make sure to keep them
    submerged the whole time)
  7. Melt ghee in microwave and use as dipping sauce, enjoy!
