Ingredients:
½ cup sour cream
2 peeled cucumbers
cayenne pepper
cut the cucumbers into ¾ inch slices, and some of the seeds
scooped out
2 tsp lime juice
6 oz flaked smoked salmon
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp lime zest
Directions:
- Get a bowl and mix the salmon with cayenne, sour cream, lime juice and
zest and cilantro and stir properly - Fill each cucumber cup with this salmon mix
- Place on а platter and serve as а appetizer.
